VENUS VOLUMES - TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.venusvolumes.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Preorders
Venus Volumes editions are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Production begins after the preorder or subscription renewal period closes.
Product images, metallic foiling, edge art, colors, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
By purchasing, you authorize us to process payment through the selected method.
Taxes, fees, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless skipped or canceled before the renewal date.
The cutoff period for all subscription changes closes 2 days before the charge date, which occurs on the 15th of each active month (October, December, February, April, June, August).
4. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website, server, or security features.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, designs, and visuals on the website are the property of Venus Volumes or its licensed partners.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian and EU law for EU customers and applicable state law for non-EU customers.
