Cancellation policy

VENUS VOLUMES - PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscribers may skip or cancel their upcoming renewal at any time before the billing date.
The cutoff period for all subscription changes closes 2 days before the charge date, which occurs on the 15th of each active month (October, December, February, April, June, August).

Once the renewal is processed, the order becomes final and non-refundable, as all Venus Volumes editions are produced on a made-to-order basis.
