VENUS VOLUMES - REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and order changes are handled at Venus Volumes SRL. Our editions are produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis, which means each book is printed in limited quantities after final order confirmations. Please review the details below before placing an order or continuing your subscription.
1. Made-to-Order Policy (Preorders & Subscriptions)
All Venus Volumes editions are printed specifically for the customers who have an active preorder or subscription at the end of the billing window.
Because these products are created based on final confirmed quantities:
- Orders cannot be cancelled,
- Orders cannot be refunded,
- Orders cannot be modified
once payment has been processed.
This policy is standard for made-to-order and limited-edition products across the EU.
2. Subscription Skips & Renewal Window
Subscribers may:
- Skip the upcoming edition
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Update your address
The cutoff period for all subscription changes closes 2 days before the charge date, which occurs on the 15th of each active month (October, December, February, April, June, August).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@venusvolumes.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution depending on stock availability.
Please note:
Minor variations in foiling, edge design, ink saturation, or color tone are inherent to special edition printing and are not considered defects.
What is considered damaged :
- Tears or deep scratches larger than 1 cm on the front cover, dust jacket, or
spine - Corners crushed or dented more than 1.5 cm
- Non-removable residue or major marks on the front cover or spine
- Water damage
- Multiple bent or ripped pages affecting the text
- Production defects such as missing foil, missing artwork, or missing pages
4. Lost Packages
If the courier confirms a parcel as lost in transit, we will assist you with the investigation and arrange a replacement if possible.
If the tracking status shows delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
Customers should contact the carrier for further support.
5. Returned-to-Sender Parcels
Orders returned due to:
- incorrect address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- unpaid customs duties,
- refusal to accept the parcel
may be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.
Refunds are not available for returned made-to-order products.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized and limited-edition nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Preorders
- Subscription renewals
- Limited edition volumes
- Made-to-order items
- Products purchased during exclusive drops
