This Shipping Policy outlines how we prepare and deliver orders placed through www.venusvolumes.com.
1. Order Processing Time
Preorders & Subscription Editions
All Venus Volumes editions are produced after the preorder or renewal period closes.
Shipping begins once production is completed.
In-stock items (if applicable)
These are processed within 3–5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively via:
- DPD
- National Postal Services (Romania & International Postal Partners)
Tracking information is provided when available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
These fees are non-refundable.
4. Customs & Duties
International customers may incur import fees, VAT, or customs duties.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Incorrect Addresses
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Please verify your delivery details before confirming your order.
6. Delivery Issues
We assist in courier investigations for lost parcels.
If a package is marked delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Returned-to-sender packages may be reshipped at additional cost.
