Venus Volumes is a European Book Box that creates exclusive limited-edition romance hardcovers designed as collectible works of art.

We release curated editions through a bi-monthly subscription as well as select limited, one time preorder drops.

Each release focuses on a single carefully chosen title and author, reimagined with illustrated covers, foiling, printed edges, custom endpapers, and signed overlays or bookplates.

Subscriptions renew automatically every two months, on the 17th of every even month (December, February, April etc.) and one time preorder drops open on the 20th of the same month and stay open until sold out or up to 2 weeks depending whichever is applicable based on author limits.

Waitlist invites are sent out between the 16th and 19th of the subscription month.

Each box holds one carefully chosen romance title and author, reimagined as an
exclusive limited edition. Our editions may feature naked hardcovers, foils and
embossing, printed or stenciled edges, custom endpapers, interior art, and signed
overlays or bookplates. Every detail is crafted in collaboration with authors and
artists to make the book feel like a trophy worth keeping.

Yes. Every Venus Volumes book is an exclusive special edition, created just for our
readers. Features vary from title to title, from cover illustrations and foils to printed edges and interior illustrations.

Join our waitlist to secure your place. We send invites to join our subscription before each renewal date, on the 16th of the renewal month.

Sometimes we surprise you with a limited batch of invites before our surprise drops. In this case for those who want to skip the invite and wait until the author announcement we will include them in the next title invites set.

Our subscription bimonthly boxes cost the equivalent of 50 EUR in your currency plus taxes and shipping. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout, and additional customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Our one time preorder boxes cost the equivalent of 55 EUR in your currency plus taxes and shipping. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout, and additional customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Once you accept your invitation you are charged immediately, and with the
subsequent month billing occurs bi-monthly on the 17th of every even month
(December, February, April etc.). This ensures your book is reserved before
production begins.

Yes. We know not every box will fit every mood, and that’s okay. You can skip up to
the 14th of your renewal month if you’d prefer to pass on that edition as we
allow unlimited skips.
You may also cancel your subscription any time before renewal directly through
your account.

We always reveal details before billing so you can decide whether to keep or skip.

Author and/or title reveals are estimated on the 5th of the billing month for subscribers and one-time preorder drops on our social media. Additional reveals of the cover and art are shared between the 6th and 13th of the subscription month.

Boxes ship in average 16 weeks after the close of the one-time preorder date for both the subscription and one-time preorder drops.

This timeline ensures every detail is produced with care and quality.

We ship worldwide from our base in EU. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout, and additional customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable, because we care for the stories we send and for the world we share.

Because every edition is printed based on demand after skips, we cannot offer refunds once an order or renewal has been processed.

If you wish to skip or cancel, please do so before the 14th ( 3 days before renewal date on the 17th of every even month) and remember that we provide an unlimited skips policy.

For one time preorder drops the same above terms apply.

If your book arrives damaged, please email support@venusvolumes.com within 14
days of delivery with photos and your order details. If stock allows, we’ll send a
replacement. If not, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the
situation.

• Tears or deep scratches larger than 1 cm on the front cover, dust jacket, or
  spine
• Corners crushed or dented more than 1.5 cm
• Non-removable residue or major marks on the front cover or spine
• Water damage
• Multiple bent or ripped pages affecting the text
• Production defects such as missing foil, missing artwork, or missing pages

• Minor marks on the back cover or dust jacket
• Small variations in sprayed
• Tiny white flecks or spots on edges
• Slight waviness or minor imperfections from printing

Yes. Subscribers receive early access to one time sales and limited addons before
they are offered publicly and a lower price than the one time preorder drop prices. The price for the subscription is 50 EUR + shipping and taxes compared to 55 EUR + shipping and taxes for the one time preorder drops.
